The eligibility criteria to pursue MBA, mainly for the entrance examination, is 3 years recognised Bachelors degree.
Hence as a Diploma holder, you would not be eligible for the entrance exam like CAT, CET etc based on which you would be selected for an MBA course.
Please note there are private institutes mainly affiliated to a foreign University, but they are not authenticated. Hence would not suggest the course from such Institutes.
