Hello My Dear MBA Aspirant,

Its really sad that inspite of completeing your Nursuing graduation successfully you dont wish to continue in that stream for your future career life. Can you tell us why you wish to change your career path suddenly and wish to enter into the business management or law field? I am asking this to you, since the answer you give will give many answers to your career confusion and diversion.

I am happy that you approached the right platform of CareerGuide.com for seeking guidance and advice on your career query. I am sure that the experts here will be able to guide you appropriately.

Post Graduation:

I would not ask more on why you would like to waste your Nursuing graduation, since I suppose that you have realised that your potential and inner voice is asking you to change your career path and take business management route. It also appears that since you passed nursuing in 2009, have you worked in this sector till 2013 or 2014? Or were you not doing anything?

Definitely you can do MBA based on your nursuing graduation degree. There is no MBA specialisation which will give you dual knowledge of business management and law together.

You have to decide that which among the two you would like to take up as a career. Since now based on your first experience, you cannot afford to lose out more years in changing career path by doing other courses.

There fore I would suggest you to decide calmly and seriously whether you would like to take business management or law as your career. Both of these streams are good and lucrative and growing. Now it will depend entirely upon your willingness, inner voice and determination where you would like to succeed in your career.

For Business management, you can opt for MBA or PGDBM or PGDM from a recognised University and or Institute approved by AICTE.

For making a career in law, you need to join the three year LLB course from a recognised University and bar council of india approved college. After LLB course you can work in corporate legal departments or take up your own practice as a lawyer or be a consultant to companies, firms and individuals as an Advocate. There are also many drafting legal documents jobs which you can do as a freelancer.

If you choose management, you can take up finance or marketing or human resource or international business. Considering your back ground, I would recommend you MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed BSchool.

All the Best!
