Yes. You should be able to pursue a P.HD program.
Check with the University you apply to, for their crietrias.
As long as it is a masters degree and the course and the University is recognised, pursuing P.HD wont be a problem.
Generally a deemed university offers a PG Diploma programs, but they are recognised programs.
Never the less check with the University you wish to apply to.
