Unless and until you have your own business or have the money to start something on your own, you cannot make a career post 10th.
Please note everything in life has steps and steps one needs to follow to be successful. What I mean here is that graduation is a must to make a career and pursuing 11th and 12th is the first step in that direction.
Other than this please note these days you have job oriented diploma programs that you can pursue after 10th. But still for better job opportunities and promotion a graduation degree is a must.
