What is the reason you dropped the college and course? Looking for short cuts wont give you good and long term career.
I suggest that if you wish to really make up a good career by working in MNCs, you need to have a good qualification as a start. I would suggest that you complete your graduation. IT certification courses are value additions and cannot replace the full time core formal education qualification.
