Executive MBA mainly in short stresses on management role of an executive whereby implemending strategies that enhances growth of the organization. 

As such if you planning to work in India itself, so knowing Indian work culture and strategies would be more beneficial rather than learning foreign culture. Work culture differs and so would be the strategy. You need to take a call and decide for yourself.

Moreover, on surfing, I could find only one University, Jaro education which is affiliated to a foreign university. Thus a lack of choice.

Make a confirmed choice. If possible consult colleagues, compare the courses and then make a choice.
