All streams you have mentioned are quite diverse and all are a high paying profile course.

Firstly I would say that do not look for a course that will help you towards a high pay, not that money is unimportant, but a high paying job would also demand complete knowledge and innovation, which will happen once you have the proper degree and experience.

Obviously following your IT degree is either doing an M.Tech or MCA, reason being that in the masters degree you would be exposed to a specialization in either software or hardware or networking and its application.
Rather MCA would give you the practical exposure rather than just theory which is mainly what is taught in an M.Tech program. Plus at this juncture you need to decide what would be your specialization, i.e hardware or software, as M.Tech would be more towards hardware and MCA would cover software and networking and their applications.

Once you are done with your masters, you could join a company under the role of a
  • Designer
  • Troubleshooter
  • Networking designer
  • System Analysts

Once hands on experience is gained, now comes the management part, i.e now you become the head of the team and guide people under you to perform. But ofcourse it wont be in few years, you would have to spend quality time and then look out for a management position. If you are really good with your work and the company wishes to retain your talent, they may only promote you to the management level. That is where the MBA program steps in. This MBA could be done in IT or systems, as per your choice and that too on a part-time basis.

But please note that your field is quite volatile, keeps changing all the time, so you need to keep yourself updated most of the time with certificate courses available in the market. Most importantly be innovative in your job, money would automatically follow.

Choose wisely.

Wish you all they very best................
