I have 6+ yrs of working in newspaper industry with working profile of both printing related and networking related work. I have not done any certification and I am of age 31 yrs now.

You have the necessary experience but not the necessary qualifications.

But there is nothing to worry about.

For you to sustain and get a job in another firm and demand a perfect salary you deserve and not being exploited by the management team, you definitely would have to support your experience with the requisite qualification.

To make life and study easy, these days education has move at another level.
These days we have correspondence and Part-time or Distance courses available.

The advantage here is that you can continue with your job, and at the same time continue with your education. At the same time, you can appear for the exams whenever you are prepared.
Appear at your own pace. At the same time, since it is a distant learning course, notes are provided at home, so you don't have to attend lectures or classes, whereby you study at home at your own leisure, and to clarify your doubts, you can attend open classes which are centers nearby your residence, and which is functioning for few hours mainly on weekends.

After speaking of the correspondence course, you could pursue an MCA program, if you are a Graduate and a BCA Course, if you need to clear your Graduation.

Networking Engineer
These courses are also available at private computer centers like MAAC, Aptech or NIIT, but please note that they are certificate courses more industrial oriented, but are too costly.
If you wish to choose these institutes, then my suggestion would be to pursue a GNIIT course, which would not only expose you to the networking course but also other computer related languages and systems.

Remuneration:
Career in Software Engineering is highly rewarding considering the present status of Information Technology. In the public sector agencies the starting salaries of Hardware and Networking experts are Rs. 8-12K per month. However private sector salary is quite higher. Besides salary, there are several perks available to employees. Remuneration of hardware and networking expert may reach upto Rs. 50-60K depending upon qualification and Work experience. Those who are running private consultancy have also good returns.
