After Engineering degree, you can opt for a Masters in Engineering in a specialisation of your choice. On the basis of Masters you can get jobs into niche areas in corporate. After Masters, you can also think for teaching industry and make a good career.
If you are interested in corporate jobs, then getting into a job immediately after engineering graduation is highly recommended. Learning on the job is best as a fresher. You can do MTech while doing job later too.
