The choice of a specialization is quite subjective.
Only thing I can suggest is that read through each specialization in details, as to what is the role involved, scope and where all can you work.
If possible meet professionals working in that industry and get to know their experience. Or else speak to your professors or seniors.
If still confused, I would suggest opt for Mechanical engineering, as it is the base for all engineering specialization there after.
Also you fit into every industry that exist.
