Dear Aspirant,

Every recognised college under a recognised University allows Diploma Polytechnic students direct entry to the second year of degree engineering.

In your case too, you can get direct entry into the second year of civil engineering BTech / BE course in a university recognised college in your state or India if you have the minimum percentage and satisfy other eligibility norms for the said admission.

To answer in one line, almost all colleges allow admission to second year engineering course for diploma holders.
