Why did you choose Human Resource after Engineering? What's the use of Human Resource for an Engineer? It appears that you wanted to come out of the engineering field and choose something else.
Have you not got placements from your MBA college? I think you have employability issues due to which you are not able to get a job still.
No further education is suggested since you are now fully qualified. Your engineering will not help you in getting a non -engineering job. You will get jobs based on HR and Marketing.
