As per you question, you have completed MCom and have been associated with a CA Firm for Job.

There can be some good options for you to consider for your further studies which would allow you to continue your work and also move you higher in the field you have chosen. Based on the Experience you should look into the following courses

1) CA - CA would allow you to used your network and knowledge which you develop with the existing work, also if you are able to clear IPCC level as well you would get ATT( Accounting Technician Certificate) which would help you find a job in some corporate and once you finish Final Level you could consider starting you own consulting firm, the biggest advantage is it can be done part time and does not have significant cost.

2) CWA - Now since cost accounting is Mandatory in many industry and with the increased regulation you would see COST accounting is a very viable option, also it has all the advantage of which you get in CA, the most important aspect is its considered easier compared to CA

3) Certification : You can also consider certification from Stock Exchanges NSE, BSE and Institutes like IBA, this could he helpful if you want to move out from you current job in to some other sector of banking and Financial Sector.

4) Private Courses : In last few years due to increased requirement in banking Sector some Banks like ICICI, Kotak, HDFC etc have started a program which could train you for some jobs in banking and then you would be hired by the bank who conducted the courses.
