Dear Aspirant,
Firstly, based on your BTech qualification (you have not mentioned your specialisation in BTech), I would suggest that you should hunt for a job immediately. Hunting for the job opportunity would be best thing to do.
You can do post graduation on part time basis if oyou get a job. If not, then a Masters degree is recommended.
You can also do Project Management course which will help you in jobs. Overall there are many thing you can do, however I need to know what are your aspirations and aims for your career to be able to suggest you more aptly.
