The first thing to keep in mind while selecting a University is its recognition.
While viewing the website, Amity seems to be UGC recognised, whereas NCU seems to be a private institute.
Amity being UGC recognised, would follow a fixed curriculum which would be industrially recognised, whereas NCU claims to follow and be recognised by industry, but being a private instituter they would set a curriculum as per their choice keeping industry in mind and beyond.
Both show good campus placements.
Now in-case if you could visit the university and meet the student and get clarifications, then good or else, you would have to decide whether you wish to join a private institute or a government recognised one.

Choosing a private University for an under graduate course should be generally avoided. However, it does not mean that private Universities are not at all good. Generally doing an under graduate course like Engineering from a State University recognised by UGC is recommended.
Amity and North Cap have good placements and placements generally depend on the college's teaching quality and industry relevance. Both are good. I would personally recommend Amity University.

Dear Student, this is purely a matter of your personal choice as per your area of interest. Both the institutions are equally good in almost all the respects. Have you been allotted or given a choice to pick any one of the two? If so, just make out what interests you the most and if you are in a fix to decide or if the branches are not as per your interest then you may think of taking admission at some other highly renowned institutions like - Galaxy Global Group of Institutions, Ambala,...........RNB Global University, Bikaner,.........Lovely Professional University, Phagwara
