Here I would say that join TCS. Opportunity knocks just once and sailing through a job especially in a top company like TCS happens rarely.
There is no limit for applying to a masters degree. And by working you have a double advantage. One, you get time for GATE preparation. Second, while working, you would be exposed to many opportunities and it would be easier rather reliable then to select a course for higher studies for professional growth.
