Dear sir/madam i need some career guideline about my future i am currently working as warranty manager in automobile line but i don't have any technical degree. i have passed my graduation in I.T ,but due to some family problem i join this post before 2 years ago. now i want to know either i have to join MBA or any thing else .which give me good future.is it good carry on with this job please guide me i am so much tensed about my career

Hi Manpreet,
If you are already working in a managerial role and lead projects and people, MBA would surely help you to scale up your career.
Your experience in Automobile domain would be counted as functional experience. In case you have technical knowledge as well, that's excellent.
I see a good MBA from a very good institution should change your life. But at the same time only in case you have time and resources to do a full time MBA.
There is nothing wrong in joining the automobile line. There are IT products for automobile business as well. In case you are interested in raising your income and want to join IT company, you can look for roles in company like Bosch, TVS, and others which need people with knowledge of IT and background in automobile industry.
