I agree with Ms. Meghna but I have a different view point.
Rs 3 lakh package just as a graduate is good and the company is also good with growth opportunities. Do you know that even a normal MBA from a normal Institute gets Rs. 3 lakhs package inspite of being a post graduate. Always remember that in the industry it does not matter.
I would strongly recommend you to rethink on this decision to change to banking and finance sector. Further please tell us how did you come to know that banking is good career for you and you will be able to do it?
