The select the career under the guidance of their parents, teachers, friends, relatives etc. Before, selecting any of the career one should always make shore that they do not select the career option under the pressure. They should always take proper information on the career options available for them. It’s good that you have proposed your career query to us. Science is a one of the field where a student can learn different branches of the science field and can make a career in it. You can study different subjects of science like: Biology, Botany, Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Mathematics, Micro Biology, Forensic Science, Zoology, Agriculture etc. In any of these subjects as per your interest you can make a career as per your interest. Diplomas are the short term courses that are offered in all the fields. Diploma courses provide a less knowledge of a particular subject. For an in depth knowledge and to get a good career scope one has to go for the degree course. On the basis of the diploma students they do not gate a good career opportunities. Degree courses are always useful and helpful for the growth of one self. I will advice you not to go for the diploma courses instead degree courses will be always good for better learning.

What I understand from your question is you want to know the difference between careers that can be pursued after a diploma course and career options that are available after 12th from science stream. Choosing diploma from a certain field like mechanical or fashion designing gives you exposure to that field since first year after tenth standard. However it also limits the choice of graduation course.
When a candidate pursues twelfth from science stream, she can choose from a lot of options like Pharmacy, Architecture, graduation from Pure science subjects, Hospitality, allied health care related courses, etc. However, now a day’s most of the courses have an entrance exam. You need to think about your interests and inclinations in order to choose a suitable course.
