Yes. Definitely a B.Sc has scope, when compared to just a BA degree. But what is the use of just being a Graduate in today's competitive world.
You might have chosen the combination of subjects because of certain reason in mind. As such the combination has a little scope, mainly related to the animal welfare industry and mainly a Research in labs.
In-case you have a chance to change the subject to Physics or Math or IT, you would have many options open to you.
As such as you have mentioned, IT, you could get into computer science or an MCA program after Graduation.
After a B.Sc you could go on for higher studies related to fields like Pharmacy, astronomy, medical lab technician, nutrition and dietetics, microbiology etc.
Its high time, you make a choice. Speak to your professors or seniors and decide quickly.

Every career is good in itself. Whether you are good for that particular career is a vital question you have to ask yourself.
Chemistry, Botany and Zoology are good subjects to make a career in. Changing to IT depends on your choice if you are not confident about yourself and the subjects you study.
If you wish to choose IT as a career, then shifting to BSc IT or BCA is recommended. Later on adding a masters degree is very important since being a graduate will not fetch you very good jobs and salary. In post graduation, it is recommended to complete MCA or MSc IT.
