In terms of a job, two things that matters the most is
Though as such in the job market, experience is what is counted. But in-case if one is a fresher, just fresh out of college, then the only evaluation criteria is your marks.
Here as a counselor, I would suggest that, in-case you are not academically good, meaning you are unable to put your thoughts on paper and score well, please pay attention to the concepts. Get deep into the basics.Since if your basic is strong and you have practical exposure, then later on no one can find faults with your work. Even in your first job, once people notice your talent, they would not be able to judge you then on the basis of your academic records.
So concentrate and get your concepts clear, than focusing on the percentage, though it cannot be ignored.
