Dear Friend,

During the Turbulent times of economy, normally job growth is very low or stagnate which leads to over supply of human resource, generally during this times we see grades or academic record becomes very important.

Lets me explain you the process of Hiring either through campus or outside fro Freshers

1) Your Complete Images is being formed by the Resume you provide to the Employer

2) In Your Resume Your Grades are the first thing that would be discussed

3) The employer takes you on the face value, by looking at the marks and your other achievements

4) The Process is just a start with academic records and later on you can show yourknowledge by answering question raised.

All of us know that knowledge is important than marks but for any person who takes you its your academicachievementwould come first since inIndiaany one who gets marks are considered superiorandhardworking.

Once you get into the job and havesufficientexperience under your name, than marks or academic record wouldnot be of that value butinitiallyit would beimportantfactor.

I hope your query is resolved, just try your best andbelievein yourself

Do let us know in case of any help you need
