Hey Hello!

First of all wanna tell you that you have chosen a really good option for your career.
Doing a BBA was a good decision, now this option seems really good to start of as a businessman.
Today all NSE people are seen as brokers, wherein the actual fact is that all of them are small businessman who are some how trying to establish their worth and name in the market.
Coming to your query, ther are various institutes around in the market and particularly in your city who are providing courses of NSE as they are an affiliate to NSE. There as short term and long term courses that are available that you can do.

practically speaking i will suggest you to do any of the short course from a recognized institute with NSE certified capital market professional course. Her you will learn the basics of Equity market, debt market, derivatives, macro economics, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, etc.

This course will give you a actual glance to the market and its working. Here is when you actually come to know the market and your interest in the market. If you feel like giving more to this career option feel free and invest more in the courses you prefer.

You can also start working with any of the recognized stock exchange or broker to get a practical hand on the market.

May you do well and go ahead in life until you succeed.
Best of Luck and Bye.

Hello My Dear,

Choosing a career option in stock market / securities market / capital market is really good thing and today these markets are seen as the backbone of the economy and some also consider them as a barometer of the economy to know whether the economy is doing good or bad or what.

I am glad that you decided to approach the right platform at the very right time of CareerGuide.com for seeking guidance to your career query.

Stock markets is a dynamic field full of excitement and challenges. I hope you wish to make a successful and long term career in stock market.

Since you are a BBA student you are at the very right type of course which is useful and related to commerce field and therefore to stock market also.

NSE through its NCFM Modules gives various types and levels of certification programmes. You can visit www.nseindia.com/ncfm for getting the whole list of programmes available for certifications. These certifications are very famous and in some laws SEBI has made it mandatory for some category of people working in the stock markets or banks or trading or broking companies to pass some of the related certifications.

Another option you can look at is National Institute of Securities Market (NISM) which is establised by SEBI. This is located at Navi Mumbai. NISM offers full time and part time job oriented courses related to securities market and NISM teaches you in a very detailed way and make you ready and competent for a successful career in stock market.

I think you should explore this option apart from the certifications of NCFM.

Best Luck
