If you plan to pursue Engineering as your career, taking Biology will not be useful. I would suggest you to take Maths or Computer Science.
However by your question, I feel you are interested in Biology as a subject. I would like to suggest that do not neglect your interest area that is Biology and got for engineering just because of some other reason or illusions.
