Since you have mentioned 12th ARTS, you could opt for a mass-media course popularly known as BMM. Here in your final year you could opt for either journalism or advertisement.
Or you could opt for a general BA, and opt for computer courses from private institutes for courses like animations, web designing etc. After you graduate, you could opt for a PG Diploma in Mass communication and opt for either journalism or advertisement.
In this way, as a journalist or as an advertisement professional, you would be related to the fashion industry, and can work as a fashion communicator.
