Hello My Dear Career Aspirant,

Glad to see you approach CareerGuide.com in your confusion times.

I would really suggest you to do something which makes you aware of your on capabilities, strengths, weaknesses, passion areas, interest areas, competencies, skills, attitude, aptitude and personality.

I would suggest that the best option in such confusing times would be to go through a scientifically proven and worl famous methos and that method is of Psychometric Tests.

Engineering Stream Suggestor would be an ideal psychometric test for you which is available at CareerGuide.com. This test will let you know all about your self in terms of the aspects like passion areas, interests, aptitude as mentioned above.

Knowing all the things about your self and then deciding the career option is very necessary so that you can get certainly happy and successful in your career and life.

There are many traditional and modern streams in engineering. If you are interested in engineering you should definitely choose the right specialisation in engineering very cautiously. If you are not interested in engineering, still you can take the test or you can take the Ideal Career Assessment Test also available at CareerGuide.com which will tell you what is best suited to you for your career.

Please do not worry about the mess and this is natural and very common for many of the students today, only thing required is proper approach in finding the solution.

Being confused is fine, since its the question of your career, but dont worry, you still have not missed the boat. You are still sailing through.

Scoring less or not getting into a career of your choice is not the end dear. You have scored well in your boards, so try and get admission in a course which is your next choice.

Not getting into Engineering and loosing hope will not help, but that does not mean you should not apply. Apply with your scores and wait, but in the meanwhile take admission in a course which is your next choice. Do not waste a year.

Now in case you are confused, as to what should be your next choice, preferably undergo an Aptitude tests and get it sorted.

You have a lot of choice right from:
  • B.Sc General
  • B.Sc IT( Ifinterested in Computers)
  • B.Sc Microbiology( Studying micro-organism_
  • B.Sc Bio-technology ( Acombination of Bio and technology_
  • BCA (Computer Application)
  • BMS ( Management Study)
  • BMM ( Mass Mediarelated to careers in Journalism, PR)
  • Bachelors in Lab Technician
  • Nutrition and Dietician

A lot of scopes are there in the above mentioned field. Just make a choice or get an Aptitutde tests done to make a quick decisison.

All the best. Choose wisely....

Hello,My dear student,

I totally agree with the replies given for your query by the counselors.Getting less marks does not mean you are not capable, it means you must be good in some thing else which you need to find out for your self. The best way to know about it is through Career assement Test provided by Mera career guide.Be positive and believe in your self and your capabilities, doors of opportunities will open automatically.

Mess always gets cleared by keeping patience, you are not the only one who is going through this situation. This is a common problem which gets sorted by proper approach.
I wish you all the best for your future. If you still feel you can ask me.
All the Best !!!!!!
