Guidance about career in Tourism and Institutions providing Tourism courses in India or overseas

I would like to work as a Administrative in a tourism/Travelling company in future. Further I am planning to start my own tourism business. What courses I should pursue in future,so i would be eligible to work as a administrative in a tourism/travelling company. Also tell me the Institutions providing such courses in India or overseas. Please guide me about it!
