I would recommend NIT Allahabad for ECE, however I am not able to understand how can you compare and be happy with either of CSE or ECE?
ECE and CSE are both different and lead to different careers.
Dont compare at all and I would recommend you take the Engineering Branch Selector Test. This psychometric test will help you know which branch is suitable to you based on your aptitude, interests, inter personal abilities, etc.
