See I have graduation in IT(B.E.) and completed it in 2012 and after that I joined Diploma in Java Then Searched for IT Jobs as soon as I was done with Diploma. Job Like development or testing or anything related to my qualification and In middle of that search I got selected for post of Windows Storage Trainee in MNC HP through Consultancy ITSource Technologies So my concern is 1>Is that Job right for me according to what I was searching for(Like I am technical graduate and was searching for S/W development or testing or any Closely IT related Job 2>Do Windows Storage really comes under IT Job and 3>Do I have prosperous career in that? And Working For HP (H-Packard) indirectly( not on their payroll for 2 years) through payroll of ITSource Technologies is really a wise decision.Please reply it is really Important

1) and 2) This job comes under the larger gamut for IT Service Management, so it is related to IT, as asked in your 2nd question. So in terms of your qualifications for this job, I would say you are qualified appropriately for it. However you mentioned you were looking for something in software development or testing. If that is a personal preference, then I would suggest you might continue looking for jobs in those fields as there are many jobs related to SW testing etc.
3) HP is a good company to work in, however you mention you will not be on their payroll for 2 years. If there is a chance of you moving on to HP payroll after that, it makes sense to take up this job and stay on till you go on HP payroll. Your job prospects will be good if you work for a company like HP on your first job itself. However you also mentioned that the position is that of a 'Windows Storage Trainee', so I am wondering what are the details of the contract. Will it be terminated autmatically after the training period, will you be automatically be converted onto payroll after it, for how long you will be considered as trainee, etc. Please consider these factors before taking the final decision.
I would also recommend that you continue your job search in the meanwhile, so that you don't miss other opportunities in the areas you are actually interested in like SW development/testing.
