Hi There,
As far as scope is concerned, as an accountant, please note that it is a very high profile job.
But my question is why restrict yourself to tea estate alone?
As far as I have heard, there is limited vacancy in tea estate agency, since people who join, join permanently and hence they have limited vacancy. So please before you restrict yourself do a complete research on the sector and then decide whether you have a career there or not.
Being an accounts Graduate, you have opportunities in all sectors, especially in Banks, financial institutes, stock markets, educational institutes etc.
Please do not limit yourself.
Hope this helps.
Wish you good luck..
Dear Aspirant,
Congratulations for completing CWA Inter and graduation. These qualifications are the base for career in accounting, costing domain in the industry.
Why are you specifically interested in Tea Estate job? May I know the reason?
Please understand that accounting, costing knowledge is universal and there is no difference in sector wise accounting, or costing. For Tea Estate also there is no separate learning or teaching in Costing or Accountancy.
You can become a cost accountant in any industry and sector based on your CWA qualification. If you are looking for a general accountant job in any industry, then CWA will help but more over CA would help.
I would suggest that you should not restrict to Tea Estate jobs. I agree with Ms. Meghna on this. In future if you wish to change to jobs it may create a problem.
Best wishes
