Do you like the role of a Business developer?
Is it that you are not happy as a BD in an IT firm?.
If you are happy with the role of a BD, then yes, you should look for a job in any other organization or company. But please note you would have to make efforts to leaen about the companies product before approaching customers or clients.
At this juncture I feel after self introspection opt for a job in another company.
But after few years of experience, an MBA would be essential for professional growth.
As such for better marketing yourself, you can get trained or certified in language and voice modulation course, animations, graphics, communication and personality development skills.
