I seriously doubt your MS stream.
There is no scope of Technology Management once you come back to India.
Better do something in pure Management like MBA if you want to have a good career back home.
Don't listen to the consultant. It's a big gamble you are looking forward to.
But if you belong to Business family with no issue with money, then pick the college which is the oldest one in the domain. Also pick the city with more population where you can get the exposure.
