You are a fortunate candidate that after BE Mechanical through correspondence, you got a job in JK Tyres and you have been now into the Senior Service Engineer level.
I would suggest that you should continue working and not leave the job at all. If you are satisfied with your current profile and wish to change, you should definitely try looking for another company which will help you get a little raise in pay and work and culture. Your age of 36 is of settlement and therefore, I would suggest that you can continue or change to another company.
I would recommend MBA through distance or part time from a good Institute. You may take up Operations as a specialisation in MBA. This may help you climb up the management ladder.
