The ultimate aim of any student is MBA for a managerial position with a handsome package. Similiarly may be yours.
So I would suggest an M.Sc and get technically strong and then you could opt for an executive MBA from IIM'S.
Another way to decide is based on industrial experience. Based on the experience and demand of the moment you can make a choice.
Also if your ultimate aim is MBA and not continuing in the technical area then just opt for an MBA and not an M.Sc
