There can be confusion depending on the interest in subjects. However, never consider salary as a deciding factor for your career. You can get best salary in all of the specializations mentioned in the question. There are many private jobs, government and semi government jobs available for students who pursue post graduation from any of the streams of pure science field. However, if you randomly select a specialization, just by thinking about salary, it will lead to stress. If you don’t like the job profile, you will not be able to enjoy it.

Dear Friend, the subjects which you have studied in you 12th, are all very much in demand and sso, just check your area of interest and go ahead with the plan of getting your M.Sc. in that branch. For your comfort, i may suggest that you should choose anyone out of Zoology or Botany, as both of them are rarely found and have bright future prospects. You may either prefer to join a university/college as an academician or else become a scientist. The institutions to pursue degree may be - Osmania University, Hyderabad,...................

If your interest is in Science, then I would suggest you to choose Botony or Chemistry for your Masters course.
Chemistry masters can provide you jobs in chemical companies, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing, etc.
