You just mentioned, you are an ARTS student, then how could you be eligible for a B.Sc Homescience course?
Check with the University if that is possible. According to me to pursue a course in dietician or Food science and nutrition, one needs to have studied Biology and Physics, which is possible only if you are a science student.
I did check Delhi University and its affiliated college, though not all. Most of the colleges have mentioned only B.Sc Home science. Though Lady Irwin college states any stream. Check: http://www.ladyirwin.edu.in/bsc_p_home_science.aspx.
Check other colleges too.
If it is offered, then I would suggest opt for a B.Sc pr BA Home science in Nutrition and dietetics.
