Nice to know that you are a would be Civil Engineer. Construction and Real Estate field is a very challenging as well as it has good scope for career on a long term.
The dilemma you are in whether to choose Masters or get into a job are common and there is no need to worry absolutely for that.
I would suggest that if you have placements in your college and if they are good enough, then you should go for the job placements on priority. Here the salary package you will be offered should not be the only criteria for accepting the job offer, but the brand and the learning of the first job is very important. Therefore, if you get a good profile and a company, then you should first accept and start working.
If the college placements are not good, then you may go for Masters. Here for Masters there is also another option of learning Construction Project Management from NICMAR Pune/Hyderabad or from Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management, Ahmedabad. This is an alternative to ME/MTech and actually Construction Project Management or Real Estate Management are in demand skills for construction industry. These courses are one year or two years.
