Firstly wish you good luck for completing your graduation. Secondly I am sure, you have chosen English honors with something in mind and hence confused.
I would suggest, list down your options and then research on the topics as to skills required from the candidate. Match it with your potentials and then make a choice. Because again here I can only list down various options you have. Choice you have to make.
After Graduation, you could opt for courses related to Mass media, a PG Diploma in journalism. Whereby you could find jobs in publishing house or with newspapers. You could pursue a masters and work as an editor or interpreter. Another option is pursue a B.eD after you graduate and work as a teacher or pursue masters and then opt for NET / SET and join college as an associate professor.
