Working in different fields and many companies definitely results in confusion. Backend job processes are such that they create too many diversifications and does not give career stability.
Five years is a good amount of experience. I feel, that you should decide for yourself in which domain and sector and company you wish to continue for another ten years. Running company by company and sector by sector is definitely not a stability oriented career.
You should definitely on priority decide on one sector and preferably a company. I would suggest that you should continue in your current company if you are comfortable in the same.
For career enhancement, may you can go for an executive or distance MBA is a domain of your choice and background. This may open up more doors for career change and help you in progression.

Thank you Sir for your suggestions, but I already have a MBA degree and I did not get best options at that time in rajasthan. That is why I had to go for the options whatever I got at that time. I have a degree in Finance and HR, while I have a experience in backend and operations, so its really confusing to decide
Since you are already an MBA and learnt Finance & HR, you can definitely make a career in back end process in these domains. Continuing in the job is the only way to progress. I can understand that you took what you got, however you should have focused on one domain or sector or industry or company by the time you completed two years.
If possible, you may think for a Project Management Certification, which can give you scope and opportunity to handle large processes and projects. This will as per my knowledge, let you open more domains and areas and companies and may be for internal growth too in the current company. For back end process, a lot of work goes doing the same things over and over again. Climbing to the management cadre is possible for you I believe.
