Long time to go.
Firstly, concentrate and put sincere efforts in improving your spoken and written English language skills. Though regional papers are there in Civil exams, but interviews would be conducted in English or atleast they would check your language skills. So do join classes for the same.
Secondly, you could appear for civil service exams only after you are a Graduate. And please note there are classes too to help you for preparations of the exam, and that you could join after your gradate.
And hence now focus on a course you would like to graduate in. You could select any course, as per your line of interest.
In terms f preparations at this moment, I would say work on your english and keep on reading everything and anything you can lay your hands on right from newspapers to magazines etc on various topics like politics, current affairs, sports, education etc.Also try various quiz books, encyclopedia, historic books too.
