Since it was your dream to be a doctor, I would suggest that appear for medical entrance test right now. If you dont clear, then continue with B.Sc.
After you graduate, appearing for medical entrance makes no sense. Since your graduation would not be considered and you would start from scratch.
Rather than medical, i would suggest, pursue alternate medicines, which is closely related to the medical profession. Orher than this you could opt for an M.Sc or psychology, food science and nutrition etc which are paramedical fields.
