That is like a complete confused state of mind.
Firstly, you have not mentioned your current qualification, so it is getting difficult for me to guide you.
Secondly and the most important point here I wish to make here is that, never choose a career based on what parents or teachers or friends or your percentage. Career must be chosen only based on what your strengths are.Your aptitude and abilities must define your career.
Thirdly, I would recommend, go in for an Aptitude test, popularly known as Career counseling, also available with career guide.The test would reveal your aptitude, your potentials and help you make a definite choice based on your abilities.
Now coming back to the choice of careers you have mentioned in your query.
If Yes, then you do have the traits of getting into Research or being a scientist. A scientist is someone who wishes to get in-depth with a subject matter and through research develop new modules which helps the society at large. Now one can be a scientists in all areas available right from Pharmacy to space science to engineering to genetics etc. Think of it and we have scientist in those fields.
Now the basic qualification to be a scientist or Researcher is pursuing a P.HD in your area of interest. So choosing an area and taking it to the P.HD level is necessary. As mentioned above, you could do research in the field of genetics too. For that you need to pursue a B.Sc or a B.E in Genetics, follow it with a masters and then a P.Hd program.
In terms of doctor and an IAS, please note, you can pursue the field only if you are interested in that field, and not because parents want you to get into it.
To pursue a career as a doctor, you would have to study 12th from PCMB subject combination and then appear for All India pre medical entrance exam. After the exam, once you are selected.,m you would graduate in around 5 years, whereby 1 year is internship whereby rural internship is a must. A graduation in medicine is popularly known as MBBS. You can further opt for either MS or MD and specialise in any field of your choice right from gynaecology to cardiology to psychiatry etc. Choice is yours.
The minimum requirement for IAS is Graduation in any field. IAS is conducted by the Civil service exam conducted by UPSC. So you would have to appear for the civil service exam followed by personal interview. Preparation require a lot of hardwork in terms of general awareness to politics to history to sports to any subject you could think of. Reading and being able to articulate it being witty is essential.
Please note I have just touch based on the options you have mentioned. Apart from them, there are many other fields you could choose from, depending on your subject combination and your stream.
