Please note it all depends on the country you wish to go and practice in. Some require you to pass their tests, while others approve the Indian qualifications and allows you to work in their country.
So before you make a choice, decide on the country you wish to go to. eg. To practice in US, an Indian doctor needs to obtain a licence for which they would have to appear for various tests.
Anyways, passing the test and qualifying it for a licence to practice abroad, comes in later, which at that time you can go ahead with. Question right now is, choose a course on the basis of what you like, your interests and your potentials or interest. Only if you are interested, will you be able to clear the licence test to be able to practice abroad.
