Sorry to hear that you did not score well in NEET. But does that mean you choose a field you are not interested in or something not related to your interest?.
Anyways, if Research interests you you can opt for Agriculture course as suggested by your uncle.
But I feel, that you should stick to something related to medical field itself.
Options like Physiotherapy, Radiography, Pharmacy, Food science and nutrition, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy etc.
Or you could opt for BAMS (Ayurveda dr. Knowledge of Sanskrit is important) or BHMS (Homeopathy Dr)
Rest is your choice.
