Dear Aspirant,
Every body dreams of a job which has Saturday and Sunday off and also almost all public holidays. However that is not the case in real world. Companies pay you for working for them and not for taking holidays and taking the full salaries.
Private jobs do have Saturday and Sunday off in majority, however there are still jobs like in construction, retail, banks, hospitals, where Saturday and Sundays are not off. Therefore I feel, you are dreaming of a very cosy and non challenging and non hectic job, which is not always possible. Companies choose candidates and very rarely candidates are competent and skilled enough to choose companies on their terms and conditions.
You have completed MBA Finance and wish to do government jobs? May I ask why so when there are many more job opportunities in private sector?
Do start preparing for the competitive exams to get into Grade A and Grade B jobs in government departments.
