Here before we talk about careers you could think of.

I would like to know from you, what kind of an eye problem??
And I am sure, you might have been to an eye doctor, has he recommended you not to view computers and is there no cure???
I am writing this because please note that this a technical world, so any field you opt for right from computers to data entry to teaching requires minimum use of the computer.

If the eye issues is such that there is no correction, then some options in careers i can think off where computers would be minimum to no use would be:

• Alternate Medicine / Healing: Mainly includes alternate methods of healing apart from use of medicine. Using Flower therapy, Essential oils, hypnotherapy, acupuncture etc.
  You can pursue either a Diploma program or a Degree course.

• Physical / Fitness trainer:
  The course is called Bachelors in Physical Education. It is a 3 years course, for any 12th pass student.

• Psychologists / Counselor,
  For this course, after 12th, you would have to pursue a BA in Psychology followed by a MA in Psychology. You can choose either Counseling psychology or guidance counseling.
  As a counseling Psychologists, you can work in schools and counsel school children. Mostly once a month a report needs to be given to the school authority.
  In case of Guidance and counseling, you would be into Aptitude testing, and helping students choose a career. Mostly the tests are manually conducted and scored.

• B.Ed Special Education: Mainly related to helping students who have study or learning disability. For this course, you can pursue any Graduation, better if you have done a BA Psychology. After that you can pursue a B.Ed and specialize in Special education.
