Do not worry. This is a situation faced by many students.
Firstly do a self introspection, as to whether you wish to pursue Medical as a career and whether you have the necessary skills needed to be a doctor. When I speak of skills, please do not judge on the basis of percentage you score. But personal attributes like patience, seeing blood, and most importantly waiting minimum 9 years to settle down.
Here I would suggest, undergo an Aptitude test or a Career Counselling test, which would reveal your potentials, your strengths your aptitude and help you make a confirmed choice.
In-case after knowing your line of interest, you are still unable to concentrate, then you need to start with Smart Habits of studying. Preparing a timetable wherein you divide your time for studies and other activities including watching TV or hanging out with friends, being away from unnecessary disturbances especially mobiles, make pointers etc.
