Not able to concentrate and getting frustrated because of it, will ot help you anyways to concentrate. Since it would increase your stress level and makes you restless. Instead start Smart studies like making pointers or notes, set timetable dividing time between studies and watching TV, be away from mobiles before you sit to study and most importantly set a goal. Make a poster of it and stick it in front of you and view it everyday to see how closer are you towards your goal.
Another reason for lack of concentration, is because you are confused, whether you have made a right choice. Here I would suggest undergoing an Aptitude test or Career counseling test. The test would reveal your potentials and Aptitude and strengths and would help you make a choice.
