Pretty vague question. Since you have not mentioned which specialization and which University.
Anyways, cut offs vary from year to year. Best would be to visit the University and have a talk with the management and get a clear idea as to their cut offs over a period of time.
It would be better, if you get the cut offs over a period of time, which will give you the idea what is the range the particular specialization at a particular university closes at.
