If this friend of yours is ready to put in sincere efforts and study being practical than rote learning, then she could opt for this course
Please note CS focuses on taxation and legal implications for a business or organization to save and file taxes.
So she would have a lot to focus on financial concepts like accounts, book keeping, tally etc. These are concepts she cant rote learn and am sure basics are covered at the graduate level. Only subject she has to focus and learn thoroughly is LAW. I dont think studying LAW would be an issue for her.
Before applying for this course ask her to check the website and subjects mentioned. At the sametime stop thinking that she is an average student. Just hardwork and focus on concepts she will be able to clear and become a CS.
